SAME HERE - THOSE WHO HAVE STOPPED CALLING ME BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID I WILL ASK THEM TO THE RALLY WILL NEVER BE MY FRIENDS ANYMORE.
Well...This is called "Heights" or "Crossing the limits". Now come on...a friend who has helped u a lot in the past, but cannot(or will not) make it to DC for whatever reasons, u r gonna cut ur relationship with him??? Either u r mean or u dont respect ur friend's decision. Different ppl have different perspectives and one shud respect that rather than cutting off valuable relationships by being narrow minded and expect others to follow what he/she is doing. Else they'll be loners all their lives.

This rep is pretty much saying what i said in my previous posting. But don't rely too much on what any rep says....call again and u will get a different unrelated reasoning that will confuse the hell out of u....:)
It's a sad state of affairs.
My husband's case was transferred from CSC to TSC. We haven't received the FP notice yet. USCIS status "The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office". when we called customer service cust service rep informed that we need to wait 180 days after the transfer for FP

Hello i am new to this forum, i am looking for some answers involving stock trading? My question is: Can i invest in stocks, mutual fund, etc. while having only a EAD(work Permit)? Do i need get permission from IRS? What do i need to do invest legally? I was thinking of investing with Scottrader.

It appears somewhat likely that there will be an announcement today regarding efforts by the government to resolve the ongoing controversy over USCIS' refusal to accept employment-based adjustment of status filings. "Authoritative sources" are providing wildly varying reports regarding the content of the "fix," which may indicate any number of things, including the possibility that the government is not able to come to sufficient agreement to actually produce a "fix." AILA will post updates to InfoNet as the situation progresses.

Arctic Butterfly works great. I picked one up in Toronto at Henry's after shooting some photos of the CN Tower. Noticed I had a few spots and sure enough they were on the high pass filter. I did attempt to blow the particles off but they were not budging. I decided to deploy the butterfly and it worked just fine. After two passes the dust was gone. I didn't find it a difficult or stressful task and never felt as if I was "at risk" of damaging my camera. My two cents.
