No, the post I responded to talked about false advertising. I'm concluding two things:
1) Just because something isn't criminal doesn't mean it isn't illegal.
2) You don't necessarily need a grand jury to bring a criminal charge.
These conclusions have nothing to do with the ebay listing. The poster I responded to said something about a grand jury and false advertising.
Edit: As an "armchair lawyer," I would probably just sue for restitution. For the other armchair lawyers: Yes, restitution is a cause of action.

Maybe they don't really think that releasing an iPhone in June vs September is really going to matter? Maybe people who that are going to buy the iPhone have already done so and Apple believes that they have this group of people "locked-in"? Maybe they are satisfied with the 25% marketshare because they seem to be making tons of cash of this small, but wealthy group.
As for my iPhone 4, it already seems a bit dated and laggy (takes 10 seconds to open Camera, laggy keyboard when searching in Maps, choppy animations in games). I think this is a software problem though. If Apple came out with a much more efficient and smoother iOS 5 (that made my iPhone 4 feel like a new phone), I would be perfectly satisfied.

If Apple releases a phone in the next few months that has OS X on it, I will personally eat one and post it on YouTube. ;)
So I guess you'd be off the hook this this case since as you can see from that phone's screen, it's running Mac OS M. ;)
Email needs to be a a focus, really. The thing about IM is the person has to be available to chat unless they leave themselves logged on all the time. I might as well just call them in that case. :rolleyes: With email, you can deliver a long message to a person even if their phone is turned off.

I'm an Apple fan, but the truth has to be told: a) 3.5" is TOO small to be practical. I have a Motorola DEFY with a 3.7" display, and even then, the on screen keyboard is not large enough in portrait mode, at least 4 to 4.3" is vital.
Why not 5"? Or 6"? 4.3" is "vital?" I doubt most people desire a phone that's the size of an old-school PDA. I know I don't.

IMO yes, esp. copper ones. I've bought some of these (http://shop.conrad-uk.com/1/2-a2-uk0871057__akasa-memory-cooler-copper-ak-171-.html). On clearance it was for about �2 per 1 stick set.
